I was in a unique situation where I got hit by a Canadian, and Zach and Amber did a super good job dealing with my insurance and making sure I was taken care of. They also were able to get my car in quickly because I was not provided a loaner car from the Canadian insurance company. After the work was all completed I got rubbed by another car just a few days after getting it back, and Zach offered to get me right back in to get it fixed. Other shops in the area wanted to do more comprehensive repairs and needed a deposit, or couldn’t get me in for an estimate for a week. Bellingham Auto Works gave me a quick and accurate estimate, were super communicative, and when they did end up needing to add a part unexpectedly, they called me and let me know before ordering it.
